Read the excerpt from The Fellowship of the Ring.
That was Gandalf's mark, of course, and the old

Explain and be honest, what is the biggest sin you've ever sinned?
: What is the biggest sin you've ever sinned?
Well, in all honesty, I have done a lot of... questionable and awful things within my life, but, I feel like one of, if not, the greatest sin I've (accidentally) done, was nearly getting someone to take their own life, because of actions I had taken out on them gradually.
For context, we had a very large falling out, and things got very toxic. From petty insults to writing massive walls of text to degrade each other and ruin friendships the other might've had, it was an all-around terrible situation. But, we've both somewhat forgiven each other for the impulse actions we'd done. Although I can't forgive myself outright. I hurt someone close to me in a way I still live down to this day; even if they have forgiven me.
But, thankfully, despite everything that went on, they're still alive to this day, but, I still live with that deep regret I won't forgive myself for.

The bows went plunging at the gust; sails
cracked and lashed out strips in the big wind.
We saw death in that fury, dropped the yards,

What did the men on boy Columbus ship do after a month of sailing
Answer: For 35 days, Columbus and his crew of 86 Spanish sailors sailed westward searching for a passage to China and India. With the men close to mutiny against their “foreign” captain, Columbus was about to turn back when the cry went out at 2 a.m. on October 12 that land had been sighted.
Columbus hadn’t found a western route to India, of course, but his success in crossing the Atlantic was due in large part to the ships he chose for the perilous voyage, particularly the diminutive Niña and Pinta, which were a speedy type of ship called a caravel.

Answer:
Explanation:
click the file it has the writing for you to copy
Paragraphs 9 and 18 of the short story "Excerpt from Cicada Summer" contribute to the story by showing how the narrator, Lily, thinks others view her. In paragraph 9, Lily describes how her teacher, Mrs. Kirk, seems to think of her as a "lost cause."
The text states, "In the back row, where I always sat, Mrs. Kirk would sometimes look at me and shake her head. I knew what she was thinking: Lily is a lost cause." This shows that Lily believes that her teacher thinks she is not capable of learning or succeeding.
In paragraph 18, Lily describes how her classmates seem to think of her as different. The text states, "The other kids in my class thought I was weird. They called me names like 'Lily the Loner' and 'Lily the Freak.'" This shows that Lily believes that her classmates do not understand her and that they make fun of her because she is different.
These two paragraphs contribute to the story by showing how Lily's self-esteem is low. She believes that she is not good enough and that others do not understand her. This makes her feel isolated and alone. These feelings are further explored in the story as Lily tries to find her place in the world.
